Privacy policy
How information is handled in the MY CAT Memory app and on this website.
1．Data and purpose
The app uses photos/videos you permit, capture dates and references to organize cat albums, identify candidates, search and show memories. It stores pet profiles, reference previews, associations, search features/tags, favorites, review/correction/undo records and settings locally. Core analysis runs on-device. AI results are inferences that owners can review and correct.
2．Originals, iCloud and sharing
The app does not automatically send original photo libraries to an operator photo-storage server. Album review/removal does not delete or overwrite Photos originals. iCloud retrieval uses Apple's services according to settings and network conditions. Retrieval and viewing may use temporary storage. System photo storage/backups and destinations you explicitly share to follow their respective policies. Recipients may retain copies.
3．Local interest and diagnostics
The current future-service interest preference and interaction counts are stored locally, potentially with a random locally generated identifier. This feature does not transmit them to the operator and does not create a purchase or service agreement. Copying diagnostics is user-initiated, not automatic external reporting; check their contents before sending them for support.
4．Permissions and choices
Photo access, including limited selection, can be changed in system settings. iCloud analysis and notifications are optional. Revoking access can prevent further retrieval or display, but does not automatically erase all previously stored records or shared copies.
5．Retention and removal
Local records remain as needed to provide features and preserve owner choices until removed through applicable controls or app-data deletion. Uninstalling can remove local records, including undo history. Album removal is not deletion of the original. Preserve originals and necessary records before uninstalling or changing devices. Manage exported/shared copies and system backups separately. Complete migration and permanent storage are not guaranteed.
6．Support and website
Your email address, message, and any attachments or diagnostics you choose to send are used to answer your request, resolve the issue and provide necessary follow-up. We do not ask for passwords, verification codes or your entire photo library.
Incoming messages are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Gmail account managed by the operator for storage and support. These providers may process information outside your country or region in accordance with their policies.
Support information is retained only for as long as necessary to handle your request and provide necessary follow-up, and is deleted when no longer needed. Where retention is required by law or necessary to address disputes, information is kept only to the extent and for the period needed for that purpose.
Contact the address below about access, correction or deletion of support information, or questions about this policy. Limited identity verification may be requested where necessary. The operator cannot remotely access or delete app records stored only on your device.
7．Changes
Policies and notices will be updated when practices change. Planned cloud, external AI, billing or account services are not current services. Any additional data handling will require appropriate notices and consent.

This website uses Cloudflare Pages. Its HTML contains no contact form, advertising tags, analytics scripts, external fonts or photo upload feature. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and access information to deliver and protect the site. Please also review the providers’ privacy policies for hosting and email processing.
